THE SURVEY
Our process starts with a detailed consultation. This is where we get to know your business and your needs, so that we can understand what makes you unique and what inspires your brand or your home. Using this information, we begin with a design DNA exercise which helps us build a visual narrative of your brand by understanding what elements actually matter most. Then, based on that outcome, we generate preliminary design directions and price estimates. If all other terms are agreed upon in writing, we’ll go ahead and sign a contract.

THE PROJECT ARCHITECTURE
Your vision is apparent, but don't know how to get there? Get started with our design team. Our process begins by presenting custom-made mood boards and layouts with any textures, wallpaper, wood samples, etc. so that we can start with a design direction. We finish with renderings, elevations and color pulls, fabric selection options, and product specifications until your concept is complete. Stage by stage, step-by-step we will work alongside you until it’s done right.

We are here to take the headache out of planning your custom home. With signed approvals, we are ready to compile the selections and complete the plans, construction documents, and schedules necessary to execute the project.

Get in touch with us to schedule an initial consultation to discuss your budget and design requirements. We as well analyze your lifestyle, preferences, household routines and interests together with any functional needs and goals you have for your project. By gathering this information, we will work towards defining your unique style and vision. Our ultimate goal is to bring your vision to life and create a space that is tailored to your needs and desires.
If you have collected any inspiration Pinterest or related magazine's images, we would love to review them with you during the initial consultation. It helps us to understand your style and direction better. Additionally, it may be useful to provide the images of styles you do not like. It enables our designers to avoid incorporating elements that do not align with your preferences and helps us to create a design that is curated specifically to you.
We do not have a minimum project size.
We create and maintain an Excel spreadsheet of your budget upon request.
Typically, most interior design projects take 3 to 6 months to complete, depending on its size and complexity. Working with time sensitive cases we always do our best to complete the project as quickly as possible, but kindly ask the client to inform us about it at the beginning of the process.
Since custom furniture is often built-to-order, it can take 6 to 12 weeks to arrive (sometimes longer or shorter), and rush charges may apply if you need them sooner. By scheduling frequent meetings with your designer and making decisions promptly, you can help speed up the process. We work closely with you to ensure that we stay on track and meet your timeline as accurate as possible.

It includes floor plans and drawings, images and renderings, paint, lighting, finish, and plumbing schedules, copies of all proposals and fabric samples, and anything else that is relevant to your project.
As per request we can also prepare a binder for your own reference.
When your interior design project includes a remodeling or new build component, we maintain constant contact with the contractors and frequently visit the job site to ensure that work is progressing on plan and that our designs are being built as intended. We share all our paint, lighting, finish and plumbing schedules with the contractors, so they know exactly how elements are being executed. We assure you that we won't take any negative feedback personally. Simply let us know what aspects you are unsatisfied with and why, and we make necessary changes at no cost whenever possible. Although it may require some additional time during the initial design phase to understand your preferences, we are willing to put in the effort. In case you are having difficulty envisioning the final appearance of your home, we can provide photorealistic 3-D renderings which allow you to preview before committing.
In summary, a proposal is a document that is presented to the client before work begins to outline the scope of the project and provide an estimated cost. While an invoice is generated after the project is completed and is used to request payment for the services provided.
Providing an accurate quote for freight or shipping costs prior to placing an order is not always possible. Therefore, it is likely that we have not included these charges in the original cost. In the event of any new charges related to the item, the invoice will indicate an "upcharge" along with an explanation.
Every project is different and based on our extensive experience in the business, we can provide an accurate estimate of what be required to achieve your desired outcome.
